Weak Leadership

One of the weakest things you can do in any leadership position is constantly and consistently mentioning the leadership and system that was in place before you took the position. All of your energy and effort should go into focusing on the challenges ahead, strategic planning, and being successful in the position. I've had the challenge of successfully leading three different schools and never once mentioned the previous leader. To me that's a sign of a weak leader.
