TPC: Balanced Literacy

Balanced literacy incorporates all necessary elements to learn the English language appropriately by combining two or more approaches into the curriculum. Using these variety approaches collectively, students will have the opportunity to learn the structure of the English language and will receive instruction in phonics, spelling, writing, speaking, and reading.
